We use REVIT 2010 Building Information Modeling software to produce building designs, providing clients with life-like models; smart information is attached to all our house plans to allow for accurate material take-offs, and much more.

Virtual Design Meeting - We provide a preliminary design as we work with with you on our meeting page. Converse with us with instant messenger - watch as we post your design in progress on a web page created just for you.
Once we refine and complete your design we provide you with 3-D Modeling and multiple "sectional" views of your home.
Your completed set of drawings will include floor plans, roof plan, building elevations and sections, and standard construction details. We can also provide you with electrical and lighting plans as well as structural framing plans.
All plans are ready for presentation to your local contractor. Plans are designed to meet current International Building Code requirements.
Note: Depending on your locality plans may require a "stamp" from an engineer or architect in your state.
